Welcome to the BHS Parents’ Group (PG) website.  The purpose of the BHS Parents’ Group is to assist in granting our staff requests for additional materials and classroom supplies, and to provide programs that will enrich our students’ educational experience.  We are the crucial communication link between home and school so we encourage you to participate and support the Parents’ Group. 

WHAT WE DO

Our active all-volunteer Parents’ Group has a big impact on BHS.  We have monthly meetings on the 2^nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the BHS library.  We assist the administration in the following ways:

•Organize the summer Student/Parent Handbook pickup
•Facilitate summer registration
• Publish monthly newsletters
• Send bi-weekly email notifications to parents
• Create the Buzz Book student directory
• Host a holiday luncheon and spring appreciation breakfast for teachers and staff
• Plan and execute our annual fundraising event (Taste of the Town)
• Volunteer in the computer lab and library
• Manage senior graduation events
• Offer a rich parent education program and so much more
